These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and software services (the "Services") provided by Guowei Technology LLC d/b/a Adryn ("Adryn", "we", "our" or "us"). Some Services are offered on a paid subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds, if any, are governed by the policies of the platform through which you purchased.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Adryn or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Services to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADRYN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adryn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
